How do we lead people in a time when technology evolves faster than ever? It’s a question I return to often, not only as a researcher and advisor, but as a leader navigating this change myself.

In the video, I share my conviction that the answer lies not in mastering the technology itself, but in embracing diversity, inclusion, and strong human vision.

In an AI-driven world, success is no longer defined by who best understands the algorithms. Instead, it’s defined by who can unleash the collective power of people — those with different perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking.

When we make space for curiosity instead of fear, AI becomes more than a tool — it becomes a catalyst for shared growth and transformation.

  • Artificial intelligence has no self-awareness.
  • It doesn’t know meaning, purpose, or empathy.
  • It is we, as humans, who decide how it will shape our societies, organizations, and daily lives.

So the most important question is not what AI can do, but what we choose to do with it.
